  1. Three years of investigating Trump and they have to debate the charges for impeachment are..How would Dumbocrats handle going to war then ??

  2. There is so much but I think the more you have the better, and it wouldn't take much more time. Then impeach and LOCK HIM UP along with all the other traitors

  3. Pelosi is doing the right thing…..THe more you add to it….the more confusing it becomes to the American ppl and  make no mistake…it doesn't matter HOW much evidence there is…the Senate will NOT convict because they have sould their souls and are following that train to the end.   This is to show the American ppl what Trump did…..the House will impeach…the Senate will aquit…..it will all be done by Christmas so that the Dems can then start promoting their candidates for the 2020 election..and ill use the words "Impeached President Donald Trump" every time they say something…and can get on with their own campaign promises to the American ppl.To add articles would drag it out…..taking away from the Dems own progress of Presidential Candidates.

  4. Throw the book at him. It won't make any difference because the republicans don't care if Trump has broken the law, or not. In addition, half of Americans believe anything they hear on whatever media they listen to. There is no objective reasoning or attempt to gather real evidence.

  5. Accept additional evidence, and testimony. If it looks to be significant. I guess be open minded about making it larger. The courts today gave suponeas teeth saying former Whitehouse council cannot not have a stay to appeal must honor request for testimony. That opens the door to a myriad of people who will based on precedent be made to testify or be in contempt of court.

  6. Speaking of expanding, anyone else noticing that t'rump's neck fat is reaching "obese turkey who just swallowed a fatter turkey" levels?

  7. WaPo needs to take note!

    18 U.S. Code § 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government.

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

  8. The reason why Trump isn't sending any of his lawyers to participate in the hearings is because he has no lawyers that can actually mount a legitimate defense for his actions. More importantly, Trump doesn't even have a witness to send to the hearings that would be able to dispute the evidence against him. I'm mean who is going to send…Pompeo? Absolutely NOT!!!
What about Bolton?  Nope, he hasn't been seen since he ran out of the White House before Rudy "the handgrenade" blew up.  What about  Mulvaney?  Nope…that's out of the question. How about Rudy? ??

Anyone of those potential witnesses for Trump are actually co-conspirators in Trump's crimes. They would either have to give him up, or commit perjury under oath during the hearings.  That's why Trump's not sending any lawyers are witnesses to defend him. Because he has no defense. Like Sondland said during his testimony, " EVERYONE was in the loop."?

  9. Throw the entire "BOOK" at him!!! If this were a criminal trial, you don't just go with the one charge cause it is faster. You charge them with everything you have the evidence for! He shouldn't get away with anything. Or else, the next President gets to do it too without punishment and is above the Law and Constitution. We have the Mueller Report. Put in everything he found that was criminal and that was an abuse of power and all of the Obstructions of justice! Put in all of his Emoluments Violations (which = accepting bribes)! NO EXONERATION!!!

  10. MSNBCannibals think they own YOU.. in the minds of MSNBCannibal program directors , you're their property.. Ever want to find a CIA agent in the field .. Look at whpo works as a program director of MSNBCannibal news

  11. They really need to expand the articles of impeachment. Trump has been committing impeachable offenses since before he took office. So long as they don't expand them too far at first. Add to it to help solidify the need for impeachment, then if Trump beats it and wins 2020 continue on with other investigations. Everything from the Emoluments Clause to firing Comey. Trump admitted on live national TV that he fired Comey to try and stop the Russia investigation for crying out loud. That is the VERY DEFINITION of obstruction of justice.

  12. Well yeah, because they still don't have an impeachable offense, they are still chasing that rabbit and have yet to catch him. So more wasted tax dollars down the drain in continual investigations and little, if anything of importance is achieved by Congress for America. They still can't accept the fact that Trump won the election and will probably win in 2020, soooo, well we all can see what they are doing, it's right before our eyes and ears.

  13. You Americans, it ’s really pitiful to have a president who likes to lie. We all in China and Hong Kong know that we do n’t have any expectations of the United States.

  14. By failing to impeach a President for his many actions and inactions that violated the Take Care clause of Article II of the Constitution, Pelosi is normalizing presidential lawlessness and thus violating her oath to defend the Constitution. The Take Care clause requires the President to "take care that the laws are faithfully executed." It's how the Constitution provides for the rule of law, and is probably the most important clause of Article II. Two of the three articles of impeachment drafted against Nixon were for violating the Take Care clause. Trump has violated it much more than Nixon did.

  15. Pelosi and Schiff have handled the impeachment very badly. It will be a giant flop: not only in the Senate, but also in the mind of the voting public.
The Dems have let the Mueller probe fall in oblivion, they have lamely accepted Trump's obstruction of their investigations without requesting criminal prosecution of those witnesses who ignored subpoenas, they have barely squeaked at Trump's obvious abuses like self-enrichment, pulling out of treaties, and his racist policies towards asylum seekers, … And now they want to bet all their impeachment chips on that Ukraine thing, that the public will have a hard time understanding and that the Republicans can easily bury under the usual torrent of obfuscation and lies.
Pelosi's actions could not have been better for Trump if she too had been Putin's asset.

  16. Do it.
Punish ALL of his criminal conduct.
The only way to ensure that the lesson is learned for the future.
Otherwise, Trump will keep doing this until he croaks…

  17. Can you cover Hong Kong and Epstein and save impeachment for when you have something juicy. It’s getting boring hearing the same old “we almost got him, just you wait”

  18. Expand impeachment to include defrauding Trump's name sake charity, and defrauding common citizen's of upwards of $35,000 per victim in Dirty Don's Trump University real estate course scam of which since being elected he had to pay a $25 million settlement for Trump U. (Unaccredited) University and a $2 million dollar fine and barred from operating another charity in NY. I recall that the republicans expanded Bill Clinton's lying about sexual infidelity as premise for his impeachment to include a long past land deal in Arkansas. So why is the nefarious acts of this president that took place prior to his election not taken into consideration as to the fitness of this vile individual to execute his office especially when the same type manipulations and schemes/conspiracies are taking place from the Whitehouse? Wrap this rotten fish in discarded newspaper and throw him in the trash bin of history where he belongs. The great goat. Greatest of all time in lying and corruption excluding only Satan himself.
