  1. ON 0:50+ NO MASK PROTECTION? l. even if it was in the past. Who with a functional brain will go anywhere to inspect any radioactivity even after years or decades ago without FULL PROFESSIONAL PROTECTION ? Give me a break…
That uniform looks like those used in jails just a different color !!!

  2. WHAT THEY SAID "40 YEARS AND $100 BILLIONS" IS EXACTLY THE SAME PARAGRAPH THEY USED WHEN THE OTHER PLANT XPLOTED IN JAPAN JUKUSHIMA OR WHEREVER IT WAS. THESE AREAS HAVE SENSORS EVEN IF IT WAS OLD. ALSO THE EXPLOSIONS PEOPLE HEARD AND WERE REPORTING AS BOMBS OR ANY DRILL WAS GOING ON… WAKE UP PEOPLE!!
MSM WILL TRY ENDLESS TIMES TO RECEIVE YOU AND KEEP YOU FAR FROM THE REAL TRUTH.

  3. Nice, put the Native Reserve over a nuclear waste sight, REALLY! BAD Karma, no wonder USA, is dying!

  4. Just an FYI that they didn't make super clear in this piece. The contamination at the Hanford site contains nearly 2/3rds of the US's nuclear contamination and all of it is from the production of plutonium to make nuclear weapons in the 40's and throughout the coldwar. This is NOT related to nuclear power plants.

  5. nothing to see here folks…… move along. who's NBC's parent company??? wonder if they have anything to do with nuclear reactors????

  6. Hanford is the most polluted place on this Earth. A true blight that will never go away in 100,000's of years. This is the true cost of nuclear energy … we use the most dangerous substance known to man to boil water … think about it.

Yet the solar energy we get from the sun is free and totally safe …. we are a failed species and the Fukashima nuclear disaster that is still going on is an extinction level event.

  7. Why do you need to tell me to subscribe at the end of every video?  Lester is annoying.  Chuck is annoying.  It adds at least 15 seconds to the clips which forces me to have interact with my device to move to my next clip.  None of the other major networks do this.  There's a reason NBC is last on my search for news clips.

  8. Some may act like experts in this comment section, and who knows perhaps some even are. But I'll tell you this much; living less than 100 miles from this toxic cesspool that has been leaking not just recently but for a decade now into our water table and river is no joke. The high cost of containing it isn't in any ones budget…nor will it be 50 years from now when it needs re-contained yet again…and again…and again.. for the next 10,000 years.
